Amy Broadie is a forward-thinking senior leader with more than 15 years of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) experience supporting multi-site and multi-jurisdictional operations across complex industrial environments. Her eye is always on the horizon, scanning for innovative ways to predict and manage risk so that clients are never surprised. Amy’s extensive experience includes leading EHS strategy, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives across oil and gas, manufacturing, construction, and service-focused organizations. Throughout her career, she has built and scaled EHS programs and teams across regional and global operations, supporting organizational growth, regulatory compliance, and operational consistency. Her experience includes the development of standardized systems, the implementation of performance and reporting frameworks, the integration of safety and operational objectives, and the oversight of large-scale projects across geographically distributed teams. She translates operational data and field insights into actionable strategies.
