With nearly two decades of experience focused on business management and operations including strategic planning, marketing, and human resources, Bethany Evans is an invaluable member of EHS Support’s Senior Leadership Team. Leading with vision and confidence, she understands what it takes to keep a company healthy and sustainable, to inspire and motivate individuals, and to overcome even the toughest of organizational challenges.
As Chief Performance Officer (CPO), Bethany serves as a point of truth and consistency of information, providing guidance and making sound decisions promoting the health of the organization. Continually monitoring metrics, data, and information, she identifies potential problems, determines their root causes, and then develops strategic plans to address these issues and keep the company performing at its highest level. In this role she not only defines what makes EHS Support successful, she leads and prioritizes our team’s efforts based on performance needs, keeping everyone laser-focused and moving in the right direction. Bethany understands that effective leadership and management results in effective delivery to our clients. She always has her finger on the pulse of the company, constantly monitoring its performance and working closely with stakeholders to improve it. She also ensures clear and consistent communication throughout the organization, so that everyone from the leadership team down is on the same page and working toward a common goal—delivering for our clients.
