Charlie Farmer’s 19 years of professional environmental science and engineering experience has focused primarily on the investigation and remediation of contaminated sites. He has managed and supported complex successful projects for both public and private sector clients, including multiple large multi-national private organizations as well as the Vermont Department of Transportation, United States Corps of Engineers (USACE), National Park Service, and Unites States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA).

Mr. Farmer has garnered a reputation for efficiently navigating diverse and challenging projects, ranging from technical evaluation and adaptive re-design of underperforming remedial treatment systems to construction management for multiple, large capital improvement projects. He has managed projects with total costs ranging from $10 million to $350 million and teams with over 50 internal staff and multiple subcontractors. Through his professional experience, he has leveraged his extensive technical and project management experience to consistently deliver successful high-quality projects.
