Daniel is an Environmental Scientist with experience working with soil samples, sample collection and preparation, soil physicochemical analysis, DNA extraction methods, diversity profiling analysis, and statistical analysis via R core team.

After graduating with a degree in Environmental Management at Flinders University, Daniel pursued an Honours degree investigating the effects of time since revegetation on soil bacterial communities in semi-arid Western Australia, through which he developed strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Daniel has actively engaged in practical environmental initiatives, notably collaborating with KESAB Environmental Solutions and completing a placement with Trees for Life, where he gained invaluable hands-on experience.

Daniel has also gained over five years’ experience in the Australian Defence Force, including both full-time and Reserve roles, and spent three years in the hospitality sector.
