Elizabeth Krol is a Professional Geologist (PG) and ASTM Certified Environmental Professional (ASTM-CEP) with 25 years of experience supporting commercial real estate (CRE) investors, developers, lenders, and attorneys. She provides an array of environmental engineering services for acquisition, financing, and/or divestiture in the areas of Environmental Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, and Sustainability/Climate Risk.

Throughout her career, Elizabeth has proposed, managed, and executed thousands of site assessments and investigations for a broad array of asset types, including industrial, commercial, office, biotech/lab, flex/warehouse, multifamily, retail, mixed-use development, data centers, industrial outdoor storage, and cold storage nationally.
