Throughout his more than two decades in environmental consulting and renewable energy, Jack Anderson has provided valuable leadership as an engineer and a project manager for numerous projects involving groundwater, soil, and sediment remediation, as well as utility-scale wind and solar energy systems. Jack has developed remedial strategies and conceptual designs for numerous sites impacted with chlorinated solvents, petroleum products, heavy metals, and other hazardous wastes. He has conducted field pilot studies and has performed detailed system design and implementation of numerous remedial technologies, including groundwater recovery and treatment, air sparging, soil-vapor extraction, and multi-phase extraction, as well as the in situ and ex situ bioremediation of soil and groundwater. In addition to managing the development of a web-based Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software product, he has also streamlined the control systems of dozens of client remediation systems and landfill gas collection systems using custom PLC-based electrical controls and remote monitoring systems for numerous clients. Jack’s wide-ranging experience in project management for environmental engineering, renewable energy engineering, construction, multi-site auditing and brownfield development, gives him insight into effective client advocacy and efficient use of client resources to complete projects.
