With over 30 years of experience as a geologist and environmental consultant, Jim Breza has a breadth of industry knowledge that helps him serve his clients and provide practical, cost-efficient solutions.  Jim has extensive experience in performing a variety of environmental regulatory compliance duties, including permitting and remedial investigation activities associated with projects throughout the United States, Europe and South America. Over the years he has demonstrated the ability and experience to work on and manage multiple fast-paced technical projects, and produce high-quality work under tight schedules, all the while practicing sound business principles. He also has experience in business development, client management, and project team management.  Throughout his career Jim has worked, managed, and/or directed for public and private clients on a variety of projects, including geologist for pebble phosphate mining operations; contamination assessments and feasibility studies; RCRA Part B permits and facility investigations; CERCLA remedial investigations/feasibility studies; design and management of large-scale hydrologic and water quality surveys; environmental site assessments or audits (oil field and clay mines transactions);  surface and borehole geophysics investigations; development of site conceptual models (geologic/hydrogeologic/environmental impacts); groundwater flow and solute transport modeling; and off-shore geologic hazards studies (debris and turbidity flows).
