With more than 20 years’ experience, Joseph (Joe) Biss has been providing critical leadership that has enabled EHS Support to consistently deliver for our clients. He plays a key role in our PRP/Superfund management program and has managed due-diligence assessments for acquisitions and divestitures, as well as site-specific environmental liabilities for properties around the globe.

Joe has supported private- and public-sector clients across a variety of disciplines in the environmental field and has extensive experience with Superfund, large-scale site investigation, remediation, and construction projects involving hazardous and radioactive wastes. Most of his experience is in oversight responsibility for the site investigation and remediation phases, project planning and budgetary control, subcontractor procurement and management, and the design and implementation of project health and safety plans. He is also adept at negotiating with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies, serving as a liaison for his clients.
