Kym is an experienced Environmental Advisor with over 10 years’ experience in both industry and private consulting roles. She has been responsible for the successful design and implementation of environmental impact and risk assessments, environmental management plans, and environmental referrals under State and Commonwealth environmental legislation. Having performed the role of Lead Auditor, she is well versed in the execution of audit programs, including development of audit and compliance reports. Kym has proven ability to develop and facilitate induction and education programs which drive the achievement of environmental compliance, and promote awareness of health, environment, and safety (HES) issues. Kym also has capabilities in spatial data presentation and analysis using GIS, having utilised this tool in both environmental impact assessment and environmental management projects. She is an effective communicator, with previous experience of working within multi-functional teams, and liaising with Australian State and Federal regulators, stakeholders, community groups, and technical expert panels.
