For more than two decades, Monica Meyer has been providing EHS Support’s clients with valuable strategic assessment and business safety solution leadership. As our Health and Safety practice leader, she broadens the scope of services we provide to our clients, partnering with global and corporate EH&S directors and managers to ensure they have the tools to quantify and manage risk, align with regulatory compliance, and manage or develop industry leading health-and-safety programs.Monica’s experience spans a broad range of organizations in general and construction industries, ranging from aerospace to wood treating. Throughout her career she has conducted over 100 mock-OSHA audits and numerous multimedia safety compliance audits and has prepared over 5,000 equipment-specific lockout/tagout procedures. Her attention towards hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigation, compliance, and the implementation of sound incident-prevention strategies has proven to be effective in reducing both worker injuries and lowering workers’ compensation costs. Monica enjoys the challenge of strategizing with organizations to develop a vision, derive, data, drive culture change, align with business trajectory, and design and deliver customized safety programs and training to suit the unique challenges businesses face. Through her extensive experience in risk management, workplace health and safety, and attention to workers’ compensation solutions, she is committed to providing our clients with industry-specific solutions in a results-oriented, bottom-line-focused approach.
