Rebecca Fraser, Ph.D., is a contaminant hydrogeologist with more than 20 years’ experience in the private, public, and academic sectors within Australia and the UK. Not only can she provide technical assessment on a range of sub-surface contaminants, but thanks to her strong regulatory background, she is also able to deliver reasonable, cost-effective outcomes for our clients, all the while meeting the necessary statutory requirements. Rebecca began her career in the southeast of England, where she principally worked to ensure that client activities and developments met strict environmental regulations and policy guidelines. Her doctoral research involved the study of the behaviour of uranium in groundwater, removal of aqueous uranium using elemental iron, and the development of a non-invasive fluorescent measurement technique. For more than two decades she has worked as a hydrogeologist and has been involved in the risk assessment of a variety of groundwater contaminants within small and large-scale developments.
