Todd Hall is a hydrogeologist and environmental engineer with more than 25 years of consulting experience focused on investigating and remediating sites polluted with various contaminants. He is an experienced technical leader and advisor who assists internal project teams and external clients with developing conceptual site models, comprehending fate and transport of chlorinated solvents, and characterising complex geological and hydrogeological systems. He is also an experienced project manager who has led project teams performing remedial investigations, groundwater modeling, feasibility studies, field pilot tests, remedial system designs, and remediation system construction and operation at various sites across the United States.
Todd’s contaminant experience includes per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), petroleum hydrocarbons, polychlorinated biphenyls, semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs), metals, pesticides, herbicides, dioxins/furans, 1,4-dioxane, perchlorate, radionuclides, and other contaminants in soil, soil vapor, sediments, surface water, and groundwater. He has assisted clients with navigating the regulatory requirements associated with CERCLA, RCRA, and various state environmental programs for site investigation and remediation.
