EHS Support provided targeted Offshore Project Proposal (OPP) advisory and delivery services to support the Goodwyn Infill OPP for Woodside Energy.
Our services include early regulatory scoping and strategic advice to confirm OPP applicability, define the project envelope, and establish assessment boundaries appropriate to infill and brownfields activities. This includes alignment with existing titles, approvals, and accepted Environment Plans, and consideration of change management and cumulative impact implications.
We prepared and coordinated the Offshore Project Proposal, integrating multidisciplinary technical inputs to assess environmental impacts and risks across the full lifecycle of infill activities, including drilling operations, installation and operation of subsea tie‑backs, modifications to existing infrastructure, continued production, and eventual decommissioning. Environmental impact and risk assessments explicitly address incremental and cumulative effects associated with brownfields development and interactions with existing facilities.
EHS Support assisted Woodside in NOPSEMA responses to information requests and support the efficient progression of the OPP to approval.
Following OPP approval, we support consistency and alignment between the approved OPP and subsequent Environment Plans, ensuring infill and brownfields activities remain within the approved project envelope and support subsequent timely Environmental Plan acceptance.
